BradChem Mobile Application

The BradChem mobile application is an internal business application used to support BradChem's delivery and operational processes.

Application users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and must not share their account with another person.

BradChem may suspend or remove application access where an account is no longer authorised or where access may create a security or privacy risk.

Electronic Signatures

Where the BradChem application provides for electronic signatures, a signature may be collected as part of confirming a delivery or completing an operational process.

Such information may be used for delivery confirmation, record keeping, dispute resolution and accountability.

Where personal information is processed by Supabase, BradChem will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.

BradChem may use communication services, including WhatsApp or telephone services, to communicate with customers or drivers regarding deliveries, orders, customer enquiries or other business matters.

When you communicate with BradChem using a third-party communication service, that service may process your personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms. BradChem is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party communication services.
